high spec Richmond Place Apartments launched in September 2010.
Inside these modern apartments you'll find a living/dining area featuring an LCD TV with freeview and built in DVD player. The kitchenette benefits from a microwave, oven with hob, fridge/freezer and facilities to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee.
They provide all the linen and towels required for your stay. They are also happy to provide cots, free of charge, for children up to age 2.
From the fantastic Old Town location you'll be within easy walking distance of all that central Edinburgh has to offer including the New Town, Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile and Edinburgh Waverley Train Station.

Getting there from the Information Center
From the city center or Princes Street, head south along North Bridge.
Follow this street (through South Bridge) until it turns into Nicholson
Street. Take a left onto West Richmond Street and then the first left
onto Richmond Place. Please report directly to their dedicated reception
center located on the ground floor within Churchill house.Their reception
team will issue your keys.
Getting There by Car
From the A720 City of Edinburgh Bypass, take A7 Old Dalkeith Road exit
at the Sheriff hall Roundabout towards the City Center Continue straight
for approximately 3 miles. Just past the Royal Commonwealth Pool at the
lights carry straight on through the lights to join onto St Leonards Street.
Carry on for approximate 0.75 miles, turn left onto West Richmond Street
and then the first right onto Richmond Place.
Getting There by Railway
From Waverly train station take a taxi to Richmond Place Apartments or
proceed to North Bridge and from the first bus stop heading south, take
a bus to Nicholson Street, (numbers: 14, 30, 33, 86). From here, Take
a left onto West Richmond Street and then the first left onto Richmond
Place.
Getting there by Aeroplane
From Edinburgh Airport, for 2 or more passengers, they recommend a taxi
for the 8 mile journey to Richmond Place Apartments. Alternatively, take
the Airport Shuttle Bus to the city terminal on Waverley Bridg. From here
take a taxi to the apartments
