Rooms:
The Robertson Guest House provides all the comforts and facilities that
the discerning traveller visiting Edinburgh for business or leisure would
expect.
All the rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, with comfortable
chairs and beds. We have double, twin and family bedrooms, hairdryer,
some en-suite with tub/shower.
All the rooms have colour television with tea and coffee making facilities.
A wireless connection from the room is always available if you bring with
you your own laptop. Our aim is to make your stay as enjoyable and of
course as comfortable as possible for your stay in Edinburgh.

We have single, double, twin and family bedrooms, some with en-suite bath/shower
or private bathroom. accommodating from 1 to 5 persons.

Our extensive breakfast menu includes fresh fruit, yoghurts, muesli, various

Each en-suite guestroom is equipped with colour TV, tea and coffee making
facilities with light snack provided and, by request, we change towels
and linens daily.
Furthermore, if you bring your laptop you can easily surf the internet
thanks to our broadband wireless connection.

The immediate area boasts many fine restaurants offering a varied International
Cuisine to suit all tastes. It is also close to Edinburgh theatres and
cinemas and is within a short walk to one of Edinburgh's newest leisure
centres offering a 14 screen cinema, ten-pin bowling, night clubs, swimming
pool and gymnasium.
Shop in Edinburgh City's Princes Street and George Street where you will
find many International and designer shops including the famous Jenner's
department store. You may wish to relax afterwards in Princes Street Gardens
which nestles beneath Edinburgh Castle and Edinburgh Old Town.
A great base for golfers, Edinburgh boasts some forty or so courses within
easy reach of the City - St. Andrews, Gleneagles, and Loch Lomond courses
are further afield but can all be reached on a days trip returning to

The Cameo Picture House is Edinburgh's oldest cinema. With it's traditional
art deco front emulating the New York classic cinema look it is by far
the best place in the Capital's center to watch the latest block busters
and major releases. In addition to this with it being only 5 minutes walk
from the Robertson Guest House it is an ideal location to relax whilst
staying with us.

minutes away from Edinburgh City Centre.
We are well situated for bus and rail services, and there is a direct
bus service from Edinburgh City Centre to Edinburgh Airport.
Visit the famous Edinburgh Castle and walk the Royal Mile to Holyrood
Palace, the Queen's official residence in Edinburgh.
Also visit the many art galleries and museums where you will learn about
many aspects of Scottish life and culture. Edinburgh is the home of the
Royal Yacht Britannia which is permanently berthed in Leith docks and
now open to the public.

By Air:
From Edinburgh Airport take the N.100 Airlink shuttle to Edinburgh Waverley
Train Station. From there take bus no. 11, 15, 16 or 17 and get off at
Bruntsfield Place. Walk straight (the street bends a little to the right)
and before the big bend to the left turn right into "Viewforth".
"Hartington Gardens" is the 2nd street on the left, we are at
house no.5
By Train:
From Edinburgh Waverley Train Station take bus no. 11, 15, 16 or 17 and
get off at Bruntsfield Place. Walk straight (the street bends a little
to the right) and before the big bend to the left turn right into "Viewforth".

By Car:
Exit at the Lothianburn Junction from the A702. Continue straight into
Edinburgh city centre until you reach Bruntsfield Place. Drive straight
(the street bends a little to the right) and before the big bend to the
left turn right into "Viewforth". "Hartington Gardens"
is the 2nd street on the left, we are at house no.5.
