Stewart's
is a warm and friendly family run guesthouse offering comfortable and

The house is conveniently located on a main bus route, only 1.5miles / 10 minutes drive from the city centre. It is also well positioned for the airport being 2 miles / 15 minutes by taxi.
Stewarts Bed and Breakfast Accommodation
Guests can choose from three en-suite rooms, one double, one twin and one large family room.
The house is non smoking throughout and each room is equipped with TV,
hospitality tray and adjustable central heating.
Reduced rates are available for those who wish to stay for an extended
period. There is ample free parking directly outside the house. The resident
proprietors, Ken and Margaret, are always available to assist in any way.
Stewart's bed and breakfast has three guest rooms, a double, a twin and
a large family room which are well appointed and tastefully decorated.
The rooms are centrally heated and have tea and coffee making facilities
and televisions. Internet access is available with our free wifi connection.
Stewart's guesthouse is non-smoking. On street free parking is available
directly outside the house.

of the house.
Twin Bedroom:

Location:
Stewart's Bed and Breakfast is located 1.5 miles west of the city centre
on the main Queensferry Road which leads to the airport and all routes
north.
By Bus: Buses to the city run every 15 minutes and stop
virtually outside the house. The journey time to town is 10 minutes.
By Rail: Edinburgh Waverley railway station is around
15 minutes by taxi.
By Air: Edinburgh International Airport is around 15
minutes by taxi.
Stewart's B&B is a traditional Edwardian terraced house and is located on the main Queensferry Road (A90) leading from the city centre to the Forth Road Bridge and the highlands beyond.
Places of interest which can be found nearby include the Dean Gallery, the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art, Royal Botanical Gardens, Fettes College and Murrayfield rugby Stadium. The Western General Hospital is also nearby.
