Edinburgh Dreghorn is an excellent base from which to explore the city
of Edinburgh.
The Dreghorn Travelodge is an economy hotel located conveniently on the A720 city bypass, only five miles from the airport and a little more than three miles from downtown Edinburgh.
Within easy reach of the terminal building and local bus and train stations, the hotel makes for an ideal choice of lodgings for travellers on a time limited stop over and who want to enjoy the attractions of the city centre.
Travelodge Dreghorn Accommodation
The hotel's 72 rooms are each equipped with colour satellite TV, tea and coffee maker, en suite bathroom, hairdryer and complimentary newspaper. Pet-friendly and smoking rooms are available upon request and at a surcharge, as are specialized rooms for guests with physical limitations.
All linen and towels are provided and you can also borrow an iron and board from reception. WiFi internet access is also available for customers with a wireless-access enabled laptop computer or device (charge applies).
The hotel does not have a swimming pool, fitness centre or appropriate services for business guests.
Dinning
Travelodge Edinburgh Dreghorn also offers a lighter start breakfast option
to enjoy in the comfort of your room or while out and about. For guests
with a stopover of such short duration that a trip into town is not possible,
the hotel offers a couple of dining options in the form of its own Little
Chef restaurant and a nearby Burger King.

The hotel provides its guests with a 24-hour shuttle bus service to and
from the airport, with those arriving after 22:00 and before 06:00 required
to call from the airport courtesy phones.
At Travelodge Edinburgh Dreghorn, we offer an Early Check In or Late Check Out service for an additional charge. Usual check in time is 3 pm (the Early Check In service enables customers to check in from 12 noon) and normal check out time is 12 noon (the Late Check Out service extends this to 2 pm). For security reasons, we are unable to hold any luggage at reception.
With great transport links (just 6 miles Waverley Railway Station Railway Station), there is also free parking on site.
Most people staying away from home will pack a toiletry bag, so don't need miniature bottles of synthetic - smelling lotions and potions. But if you have forgotten something, we sell a range of basic toiletries from vending machines in every hotel.

DIRECTIONS
Getting There by Car:
On the eastbound carriageway of the A720 Edinburgh City bypass at Dreghorn/Colinton
exit. One exit west of junction with A702 Biggar Road.
From west, the Travelodge is three exits east of junction with A8 Glasgow Road and Gogar roundabout.
