part of a recent warehouse conversion, this apartment is a luxury, contemporary
loft, furnished to an exceptionally high standard. Located in the fashionable
area of Leith, situated close to the Shore where there is an abundance
of bars, cafes, specialty seafood and award winning restaurants.
Close by are many tourist attractions and shopping such as the Ocean Terminal hosting the Royal Yacht Britannia.
Past guests found the location to be an ideal for a base to visit Edinburgh's many tourist attractions and easy access to the by-pass for the airport or day trips about Scotland. A regular 24-hour bus service operates from the front door to the city and airport for £1.80 a day unlimited travel.
With spacious open-plan living, the apartment will comfortably sleep 6, on request to sleep another 2 persons an additional temporary bed can be provided.
York Place Accommodation
The accommodation consists upper level - master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, double bed sofa on mezzanine level (with blinds for privacy), dining area and laundry room with washer/dryer. Lower level - double bedroom, master bathroom, large open living area with stainless steel kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob/fan oven, microwave, dishwasher and all utensils.
The flat is situated on the first floor with lift or stairs access, with security video entry system. Secure private car parking for one car is provided in the courtyard accessed only by remote control electric gates. Additional free parking is available outside the development. Tariffs are on a nightly basis and are fully inclusive of all bills with towels and bed linen provided. Minimum 3 nights, New Year minimum 5 nights. Entry is after 1500hrs on day of arrival and check-out is before 1100hrs on day of departure.
