Completed in 1907 for Richard Hamblin, this fine Edwardian mansion retains the arts and crafts features that give the house so much character and charm. The name “Ramnee” relates to the time he spent in India.

Set in its own landscaped gardens, this fine Edwardian mansion, built in 1907, offers guests the welcoming ambience of a country house, together with the delightful accommodation, unobtrusive service and outstanding cuisine.

Dinning at the Ramnee

and her team have created menus featuring many of the classic dishes which
are prepared from the finest produce available in Scotland's larder.
We offer a choice of dining areas to suit the occasion. Tipplings Bar,
Hamblins Restaurant or the Varis and
Culbin Rooms for special occasions and banquets.
Service you will find is efficient and courteous, attentive without being

Inverness Airports Flights daily from London Gatwick, Luton and Glasgow,
followed by a 30 minute drive.
By Road:

From Perth take the A9 north to Inverness. Once at Inverness take the A96 for Aberdeen, 26 miles to Forres. The Ramnee is on the eastern side of the town.
By Rail:
Forres is 35 minutes from Inverness by train.
