is a 14,000 Acre Highland Estate located on the Morvern Peninsula in an
unspoilt area of beauty on the West Coast of Scotland lying on the banks
of Loch Linnhe.
Kingairloch offers an enviable location where the mountains meet the
sea creating some of the most stunning landscapes, whatever the weather
may bring. The estate is also home to a wide and diverse wildlife population
from the Eagles of the sky to the Red Deer grazing the hills below.
Here at Kingairloch, they have a variety of beautiful high standard self-catering
properties, a lochside restaurant, a luxury bed and breakfast, as well
as a range of traditional sporting activities that can be arranged during
your stay.
They have a wide selection of properties that are located throughout
the esate that varey in size from cosy one bedroom cottages to the principal
house in Kingairloch that sleeps 12. All properties stand alone and have
fantastic views of either the water's edge or mountains, and in most cases
they have both!
Kingairloch Highland Estate Accommodation
Kingairloch house
This is the principle residence to Kingairloch, set in it’s own
magnificent gardens it has the air of a traditional Highland Lodge. Tastefully
renovated and decorated to the highest standard this property commands
a breathtaking unique character. With views stretching across to Castle
Stalker and also of the encompassing mountains of the estate, the scenery
from this house is exceptional.
Ground Floor: One step to main entrance and access ramp
at the back door. Spacious living room with open fire and separate reading
room. Large dining room with natural pitch pine flooring and oil paintings.
Generous modern fitted kitchen with island unit, Aga and electric oven/microwave.
Utility. Pantry. Cloakroom with toilet. Separate drying room. Games room
with snooker table and darts board.
First Floor: Three king-size bedrooms, each with a 5ft
bed; one is en-suite with a large shower; another has both a separate
shower cubicle and bath. One super king-size double bedroom (6ft bed)
with an en-suite bathroom contains double sinks and a bath. Two twin bedrooms,
one with zip & link beds (can form 6ft double) both are en-suite with
baths. Additional shower room.
The Gate lodge
The Gate Lodge sits to the front of Kingairloch House and is in a prime
location at the head of loch a'Chorie. The views from the front of the
property stretch to Castle Stalker and from the back, out to the glens
of the estate.
Seaview
Traditional detached gate house over two floors with panelling throughout.

This is a delightful remote cottage that is accessed by either a 1.5 mile
walk/cycle or 4x4 at low tide. Decorated to the highest standard and with
all the comforts of home and some of the greatest views of Kingairloch
this is a great hideaway retreat.

The Old post Office
Sitting above the shore of Loch a'Choire, with a backdrop of the surrounding
mountains is the former Post Office for the estate during the 1800’s.
Today it is a top class, intimate and cosy cottage for you to come and
relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Pier Cottage
A cosy wee cottage situated only a stone's through from Loch a'Choire,
