We have three attractive properties with four and five star ratings available
to rent.
An upper and lower apartment at the same location at Millbrae on the
south side of Glasgow, and a smaller apartment in the old Cathcart area.
The Millbrae and Cathcart apartments are around 1 mile apart.
Each of the Millbrae apartments can accommodate up to five people making
a maximum of 10 in a party if both properties are rented at the same time.
Ideal accommodation for wedding parties or visiting relatives.
These apartments are a 10-15 minute stroll to the main shopping areas
and nightlife of Shawlands,and situated very close to Langside train station.
Millbrae Lower Accommodation
The property is located at the end of Millbrae Crescent- designed by
famous Scottish architect Alexander "Greek" Thomson and is A-Listed
by Historic Scotland.
The crescent is part of the Thomson Heritage Trail and the secluded garden
to the rear backs on to the walkway of the River Cart.

Directions:
From the City Centre:
From George Square head west toward Queen Street, and on to St Vincent
Place approx 400m. Turn left at Renfield Street and stay on this road
for approx 4km across the water toward the south side. Look out for Queens
Park on your left.
At the end of the park is a main crossroads with a slip road to the left
into Langside Avenue. Continue up Langside Avenue till you reach Battlefield
monument in the middle of a roundabout. Take the 3rd exit onto Millbrae
Road and head down Millbrae hill. At the foot take a left hand turn into
Millbrae Crescent.
From Glasgow Airport:
From the airport take the motorway M8 towards Glasgow. Exit junction 24,
follow directions for M77. You'll cross the M8 then after approx 1.5km
you'll cross the M77. Turn left to merge onto the M77 heading for Kilmarnock.
At junction 2, take the B762 exit to Pollokshaws.
Travel straight for approx 4km until you reach Langside Drive. Turn left,
and continue until you see Millbrae Hill. Turn right at the bottom of
the hill into Millbrae Crescent.
