Here is a taste of what we have to offer should you choose to stay with us... Bellbec was completed in 2006. It is a beautifully converted barn retaining much of the original stonework, and is now a comfortable, spacious, modern home. With newly furnished bedrooms, comfortable beds, relaxing lounge and hearty breakfasts, we hope your stay with us will be an enjoyable one and enhance your visit to the Highlands. Bellbec AccommodationWe have 2 rooms, a double with a king-size bed and a twin, both are en-suite. They are furnished to an excellent standard and have very good quality beds with non-allergenic bedding to aid a good night’s rest. Both rooms are well equipped with comfortable seating, TV, hairdryer, tea/coffee tray, alarm clock and complimentary toiletries. There is a comfortable lounge for guests to sit in - perhaps read a book or plan the next day’s activities, observe the wildlife or simply watch the sunset with a complimentary glass of whisky. Dining Things to do There is an abundance of birds and other wildlife and the RSPB Reserve at Loch Garten includes the famous Osprey Centre. Other outdoor activities include watersports, quad biking and pony trekking. Visitor attractions include the Strathspey Steam Railway, the Cairngorm Reindeer Herd, dog sledging, an indoor climbing wall as well as the famous Malt Whisky Trail. Other indoor attractions include the Cairngorm Brewery, Cawdor and Ballendalloch castles. Within easy reach are the fine beaches on the Moray coast, and the cities of Inverness and Elgin.
