Furnished and equipped to a high standard. Accommodates four in two bedrooms, both twin bedded. Sitting room with open fire and colour television, bathroom, kitchen/dining room, fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave.
Electric heating. Immersion heater and reasonable consumption of electricity is included in the rent charged. Continental quilts and blankets are supplied and guests must bring their own sheets, duvet covers, pillow-slips and towels etc, or arrange hire. Coin operated telephone.
The cottage is in the Cairngorms National Park and is open for letting between April and October.

DIRECTIONS
Getting there from the Information Centre:
From Aviemore take road to Grantown on Spey. At north end of town take
A939 to Nairn at exit from Grantown. Turn right onto B9102 to Archiestown,
pass golf course then pass sign to Cromdale soon after you come to fork
by ruin on left take left turn and then turn right past Upper Dellifure
Farm.
Pass Ballinlagg Farm and after 0.5 mile turn right at Long Stone House, go through gate signed Knock of Achnahannet, then follow the track past house on the right up to the next gate, go through the gate and onto Top Cottage.
Getting There by Railway:
From Edinburgh take train to Aviemore then follow directions above.
Getting there by Aeroplane:
From Edinburgh or Glasgow Airport follow M8. Go to Forth Road Bridge and
take M90 then A9 to north at Grantown on Spey.
