We can guarantee you a warm welcome and personal service, and look forward to hearing from you.

Hizzy’s is named after Steven Hislop, who won no less than 11 Isle of Man TT victories, and who died in a helicopter accident in 2003.

Hawick and round about
Hawick is a town of some 15,000 people in the beautiful Scottish Borders. The Borders area offers a wealth of opportunities for leisure and tourism:

Hawick has a testing hillside golf course, with several others - Minto, Jedburgh etc - within a 10-mile radius. The Freedom of the Fairways Scheme allows you to play on different courses with one ticket.

This is a great rugby town, too, and home to Hawick Rugby Football Club. There are ample opportunities for fishing, in lochs such as Acreknowe and Alemoor. And we are only a few miles away from the world-famous river Tweed.

From Border Abbeys (such as Dryburgh and Jedburgh) to the world-famous knitwear industry, the area is steeped in history.

We are about an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and Carlisle.

We can guarantee you a warm welcome and personal service, and look forward to hearing from you.
