The Strathburn Hotel is a privately owned and managed hotel,
situated just off the A96 in the busy town of Inverurie in Aberdeenshire.
The hotel has easy access for both the business community and tourists
– Aberdeen Airport is only 15 minutes away.
The surrounding area boasts many special attractions including the Castle Trail, Whisky Trail, Stone Circles and many quaint coastal fishing villages. For the more energetic we have a huge number of golf courses on our doorstep or pick up a walking trail on our local ‘mountain’ Bennachie.
Strathburn Hotel Accommodation
The Strathburn Hotel offers a selection of types of bedroom, all providing a high level of comfort. Each of our 27 rooms are fully equipped with en-suite facilities, direct dial telephone, colour television with freeview channels. We have two superior rooms situated on the ground floor which have large walk-in shower facilities, all other superior rooms have a bath and a shower.
We also provide wireless internet access in all our bedrooms via any Wi-Fi enabled device, free of charge. There is ample free parking with disabled access.
The Strathburn Hotel's restaurant is an ideal place to enjoy good food in pleasant surroundings. The Hotel is popular for eating out, providing good quality food sourced locally.
Whatever your choice, you can be assured that we place a high emphasis on the quality of our food and service. Lunch is served from 12 noon to 2pm, Monday to Friday. Evening meals are served from 5.30pm, Monday to Sunday. We can also offer private dining for up to 40 people.
We operate a strict No-Smoking policy throughout.
Inverurie
In town, you will find a wide range of shops, a museum/library and pleasure
parks. The Garioch Sports Centre is opposite the hotel and has a superb
range of facilities including a multi-purpose hall, state of the art gymnasium
and squash courts. There is also golf, indoor and outdoor bowling, a swimming
pool and fishing all within a short distance.
Out and about, you can tour the "Castle and Whisky Trails", enjoy the beautiful scenery with its many forest and mountain walks and the Coastal Trail with quaint fishing villages and miles of golden sandy beaches. If you are looking for some retail therapy we are only 15 miles from Aberdeen City Centre.

Bennachie and Gordon Way
Bennachie is the eastern outpost of the great Grampian mountain range.
Its most easterly peak, the Mither Tap, towers magnificently over the
Garioch and Buchan landscape and can be seen over many miles - even from
boats out at sea.
