wardrobe, double bed settee in the dining room with built-in wardrobe.
Dining room leads into the newly fitted kitchen. Luxury tiled bathroom
comprises corner shower with integral sink and toilet in vanity units.
The apartment is just a few hundred yards from the beach; there are good
walks to be had round the coastal route to Troon.
Trvine has its own museums and Art Galleries, a mixture of bars, fine
restaurants, and is close to Eglinton Country Park. Shoppers are catered
for at the Rivergate Shopping Centre. There are numerous golf courses
within easy reach.

Ideal retreat or base to explore Scotland: Glasgow is a 35 minute train
journey and features attractions found in any large cosmopolitan city.
Ayr- approximately 10 miles away- is the county town and birthplace of
Robert Burns. South of Ayr can be found Culzean Castle and the Electric
Brae.
The sea port of Ardrossan is a 25 minute drive away and has ferries to
the Isle of Arran. In addition, there is a ferry link to Ireland from
Troon (approx 5 miles away).
Directions:
Getting There by Car
From M74 take Junc 8 to Kilmarnock A71, Continue A71 to Irvine follow
signs for Harbourside. On A737 Ayr Rd take 1st right on to Heatherhouse
Rd continue on to Portland Rd. At roundabout take 2nd exit Beach Drive
then 1st right on to Gottries Rd, end of road turn left on to Harbour
Street No 26.
Getting There by Railway
Train from Glasgow to Irvine takes 35 minutes and trains operate every
30 minutes – Glasgow to Ayr
Getting there by Aeroplane
From Glasgow Airport take airport bus to Paisley railway station, board
Glasgow to Ayr train stopping at Irvine.
From Prestwick Airport – turn right for Irvine along the A78. Take
A71 for Kilmarnock then to Irvine.
Getting There by Ferry
Troon – head for Irvine take the A71.
