Dinning
We were the first establishment in the Stirling Council area (the 111th in Scotland) to be awarded the prestigious food Eatsafe award for excellence in food hygiene and safety management. We strive to provide our guests with a relaxed, informal healthy breakfast.

We source as much as we can locally (e.g. Hand made sausages with 85% Perthshire pork, butcher made slicing haggis from Crieff). In the morning you can choose, any combination of ingredients from our menu.

We only use the minimum amount of oil (olive oil only) for our fried ingredients (mushrooms and fried eggs). The Sausage, haggis and tomatoes are oven roasted and the bacon is grilled. Specials’ are usually available to order, such as ' Scottish Kedgeree' and smoked salmon with scrambled egg on potato scone.

We can usually provide vegetarian sausages to complement the vegetable components of our breakfasts and will be pleased to cater for other dietary requirements. Please advise us when you book, or when you register.
