The Spencer Nairn Suite with panoramic views over the Fife country side
and The Crombie Suite with contemporary furnishings and spacious bathroom.
All rooms have free WiFi access, direct dial phones, LCD TV with FreeView
and Free WiFi access. Adaptability for Families - Cots and extra beds.
New Deluxe Bedrooms
Fully open our 10 new bedrooms which includes one accessible ensuite room.
Our new lift services the 10 rooms. All our Deluxe rooms are on the first
floor most with views over the gardens and the Fife countryside.

This charming traditional restaurant is the relaxing setting to enjoy
our freshly prepared Scottish Cuisine. Currently open for 7 days a week
for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Breakfast is served in here with views
overlooking our gardens.
Cocktail Lounge
Relax in this lounge area of the hotel where things are a little more
sedate and enjoy your morning paper with a coffee or sit by the fire with
a brandy in the evening. Or alternatively join our locals in Spencer's
Bar.

Nairn Suite and Wee Nairn
Our Nairn Suite can accommodate up to 250 for a dinner, The Wee Nairn
can seat up to 30 and our Garden Restaurant up to 60 people. We offer
a full range of dining menus, fork and finger buffets. We are happy to
quote for any occasion. The modern facilities in our Nairn Suite include
full bar facilities, cloakrooms, coloured lighting and PA system enabling
us to host a dinner dance for up to 200 guests.

Balgeddie in the Kingdom of Fife
The Hotel is situated in it's own private beautiful gardens, with ample
parking at the rear of the hotel.
Attractions
Pleasure - For those looking to explore Fife, Tayside
and Perthshire Balgeddie is an ideal central point. It is within easy
driving distance of the East Neuk Coastal Villages, St Andrews , Dundee
and Perth . Many activities such as Knock hill Racing Circuit or Cluny
Clays are close by. Rothes Hall where many shows and concerts are held
is also a short drive away.
East Neuk - Extending south of St Andrews as far as
Largo Bay, Fife's East Neuk (or 'corner') is most famous for its incredibly
picturesque fishing villages such as Crail, Anstruther, Pittenweem, St
Monans and Elie.
Golf - A trip to Fife is usually associated with a
round of golf. Balgeddie offers a central point for your golf trip. The
major courses such as Gleneagles, The Old Course and Carnoustie are all
within an hours drive and there is a plethora of many excellent courses
all within a half hour drive.
We are only 20 minutes drive from St. Andrews, the "home of golf"
and we are surrounded by many local courses, We are happy to arrange tee
off times. Other outdoor activities can be arranged, e.g. Clay Pigeon
Shooting, off road driving, fly fishing tuition to name but a few.

Getting Here by Car:
If using Sat Nav we do not recommend using the postcode as it is not accurate.
We recommend using the street address, Balgeddie Way, Glenrothes.
From the North:
Travel south heading for the Forth Road Bridge. When on the A92 (the main
road between Dundee and M90) exit by turning right at the first sign for
Glenrothes North and Leslie. Straight through first roundabout. Turn right
at the next roundabout (Brown Tourist Sign: Balgeddie House Hotel). Continue
on this road over one mini roundabout and at the second mini roundabout
turn left into Balgeddie Way.
From the South:
From Edinburgh Airport, travel north on M90 over the Forth Road Bridge.
Leave M90 at exit 2a, signed Glenrothes. Continue on A92 until, signed
for Glenrothes North and Leslie. Turn left onto A911, straight through
three roundabouts. At next roundabout turn right onto B969 (Brown Tourist
Board Sign: Balgeddie House Hotel).
At the next roundabout turn left (Brown Tourist Board Sign: Balgeddie
House Hotel).Continue on this road over one mini roundabout and at the
second mini roundabout turn left into Balgeddie Way.
