Seashore Cottage
Traditional-built cottage at the sea shore - completely renovated to a high standard. The cottage is set within a luxury development with its own garden.

The accommodation consists of a fully fitted open-plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven/hob and microwave, a sitting room with vaulted ceiling, wood burning stove, double French doors, 21 inch stereo TV with Freeview, DVD and CD Hi-Fi, wheel chair accessible bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, Master bedroom with en suite walk-in shower and twin bedroom. Comfortably sleeps 4 - 5.

Seaside Cottage
Situated in Badnaban opposite a pebble beach, the property is a traditional fisherman's cottage modernized for cosy comfort and situated in a quiet cul-de-sac by the sea. The road past the cottage leads to a slipway with easy access. Lochinver village is 2 miles away with all services.

The accommodation consists of 3 Bedrooms: 2 twin upstairs & 1 double downstairs, Sitting room with Freeview TV, DVD, Video, Hi-Fi Stereo & Pay Phone, fully fitted Kitchen and Bathroom with shower over corner bath. Off-road parking. Picnic table. Comfortably sleeps 6.

Woodside Cottage
Our new deluxe property Woodside Cottage is now available for rental on a Friday to Friday basis. Woodside is located beside the Culag Wood, opposite Loch Culag with views of 'Suilven' the sugar loaf Mountain, 1/4 mile from Lochinver Village.

It is within easy walking distance of the Leisure Centre, Harbour, village shops, restaurants & pubs and the ‘White Shore’ pebble beach is just a 15 minute stroll away following a well laid out path through the wood.

The accommodation comprises of an entrance porch with pay phone, central hall, sitting room with wood burning stove, solid oak floor, FreeSat TV, DVD & CD Hi-Fi, twin bedroom, wet room with walk-in power shower & underfloor heating, spacious fully fitted kitchen with washer/drier, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric fan assisted oven/hob, microwave, breakfast bar and dining area, sun room with French doors leading out onto large deck with outdoor furniture. Free Wi-Fi.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms - a twin and a king with luxury Dorma bedding & hair dryer - plus a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and sauna. Woodside can very comfortably sleep up to 6 persons.

Sorry the cottage has a no pets policy and is strictly non-smoking.

Rose Cottage
A traditional picturesque cottage situated at the mouth of the River Culag, yet 10 minutes’ walk along the sea front to the village shops, pub & restaurants and 15 minutes’ walk through the Culag Woods to the ‘White Shore’ pebble beach.

The cottage has been modernized for cosy comfort with a wood burning stove, oil central heating, 21 inch TV, DVD, Video, CD Hi-Fi and pay-phone in the Sitting Room. Brand new fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker/hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Bathroom with shower over bath and single bedroom with wall mounted TV.

Upstairs two bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin with luxurious 100% cotton Dorma bedding & hairdryer. Patio with outdoor seating in the garden. Car parking at your front door. Comfortably sleeps 4 - 5.

DIRECTIONS
Getting there from the Information Centre:
From Inverness travel West Coast Via Ullapool take the A837 to Lochinver pass through the village (Tourist Office is on the left) to the signs for Inverkirkaig at the Culag Bridge (Rose Cottage on the right) from here Lochinver holiday lodges is 1.4 miles signposted on the right.

Getting there by Aeroplane:
From Inverness 100 miles north follow A9 then A837 north west to Ullapool and Ledmore junction. Turn left on A837 to Lochinver. Travel through the village take signs for Strathan at Culag River Bridge. From Lochinver Holiday Lodge sign 1.4 miles on the right. Rose cottage at the Culag Bridge.
