to our cozy, modernized traditional fisherman's cottage.
It is at the beach at Macduff and has wonderful views over the Moray Firth.
Mariner's Cottage offers self catering accommodation and is graded
a four star accommodation.
It is in a quiet location yet close and convenient to all the town amenities,
including shops, restaurants and other services.
Mariners Cottage is situated close to the sea and dolphins
and seals are regularly seen from the cottage.
The interior is attractive and comfortable with a cosy relaxed feel.
There is much to see and do with outdoor activities such as golf, fishing,
walking, for day trips and touring, visitors are spoilt for choice.
Having visited the area, most people return again to experience one of

Mariner's Cottage Accommodation
The cottage is comfortably furnished throughout and has:
-Twin bedded room
-One single bedroom
The two bedrooms are located on the first floor adjacent to the bathroom.
A double futon sofa bed is provided in the sitting room for additional
sleeping accommodation.
The bedrooms have panoramic sea and coastal views.
Each room has good qualiity single beds,ample drawer and wardrobe space
and co-ordinated bed linen and decoration.
The bathroom suite also has an electric shower.
Overall the accommodation is very comfortable,in a convenient location
and should ensure that a good holiday is enjoyed by all.
Mariner's Cottage Facilities
The cottage is double glazed and centrally heated.
The sitting room is an attractive room with expansive
sea views.
It has a three-piece suite, futon, color TV/video.
A marble fireplace with a real gas flame fire is also
a charming feature of this room.
The kitchen is well fitted throughout.
There is a microwave cooker to complete the cooking options.
A refrigerator, freezer and plenty of cupboard space is provided, together
with a full range of utensils.
A washing machine/tumble dryer and ironing facilities are also available.
In the sun lounge is a pine dining table at which breakfast
and other meals may be enjoyed.
There is a garden, patio and drying area to the rear.

Directions
Getting there from the Information Centre
Nearest Tourist Information Centre is in Banff. From Banff, leave on the
A98 to Fraserburgh.
Macduff is on the A98.
Getting There by Railway
From Aberdeen take the bus to McDuff ( Hourly ).
Get off at the Plough Inn in Market St, walk down Market St to High Shore.
Getting there by Aeroplane
From Aberdeen Airport, catch the bus or drive to Macduff.
From Aberdeen follow the A96 and then the A947 to Turriff.
This leads to Macduff.
