Buchan Guest House has 8 bedrooms so large groups can usually be under
one roof.

them.
One bedroom has a double bed, a single and a cot while the other has a
double bed and two singles.

Relax in our first floor guest lounge with views over the tennis courts
and bowling green to the hills beyond.
As we don't have a liquor licence we save some space in our fridge to
cool guests' bottle.
As well as tea/coffee, chilled bottled water in the lounge you will find
a good supply of glasses, books, maps, local guides and national tourist
information.

Getting there from the Information Centre
They now only provide some leaflets in one of Edinburgh Woolen Mill shops.
Proceed along road with the now closed TIC on your right and after 100
yds you are in High Street.
Straight through to Academy St and to mini roundabout at school.
Second exit from roundabout is Beechgrove and we are 200yds on right.
Getting There by Car
Leave M74 at J15 on to A701. After 1 mile pass now closed TIC on right,
Church on left and in to High Street. Continue till mini roundabout and
take second exit to Beechgrove.
We are 200 yards along on right.

Nearest stations are Lockerbie and Dumfries
