exploring the Scottish Highlands.
The imposing Victorian building is to be found in the West End of Nairn
offering easy access to the beach, the town centre and the golf courses.
The breakfast menu is varied and all produce is sourced locally.
Special dishes include smoked salmon and free-range scrambled eggs, various
smoked haddock dishes and kedgeree.

We offer a range of B&B accommodation with prices to suit every budget.
We are letting any 3 of our rooms at any one time from a choice of 6.
Three rooms have baths and three have showers.
All rooms are individually and tastefully decorated to a high standard
and 3 rooms have zip and link beds.
Many of the furnishings in the rooms are beautiful antique pieces.
Room 2 now has a 5 foot Victorian brass bed - not zip and link.
Hospitality tray, biscuits, tea pots and cafetieres in all rooms
All rooms have remote colour TV and hair dryers

Greenlawns has been awarded Disabled Category 3.
There are 3 ground floor rooms, all en-suite with bath and shower.
The residents lounge, bar and dining room are all situated on the ground
floor.
Access from the ground floor to the gardens and car park is on the level.
Dogs can be accepted in two of our ground floor rooms, by prior arrangement
and all house rules must be adhered to regarding dogs.

The spacious, light, eclectic dining room is full of
antiques and nic-naks collected over the years.
Breakfasts and are served here at individual tables overlooking the lovely
gardens.
We have a high chair and a child's booster seat for use in the dining
room.

The spacious lounge is a wonderful space to relax in so you never need
worry about what to do in the evenings. The proprietor is an amateur genealogist
and for those residents interested in tracing their roots, help may be
provided.
There is a collection of books and magazines on the subject which guests
have access to at all times.
