Oban hotel Dungallan Country House, one of Oban's superb Victorian buildings is owned and managed by Mike and Marion Stevenson-Coates, who assure a warm welcome.

Built in 1870 by the Duke of Argyll for his summer residence at the edge of town, Dungallan's commanding and secluded position offers tranquillity and superb views to three sides over Oban Bay, the Isles of Kerrera, Lismore and Mull and the sound of Kerrera. Oban Promenade and shopping is only a ten minute stroll.

Overlooking Oban Bay via a huge picture window, relax in our cosy cocktail lounge with a choice of over 100 single malts. We also have a retro 1930s cappuccino, espresso coffee machine.

Getting there by Aeroplane:
From Glasgow airport follow signs for A82 to Crianlarich to Tyndrum then A85 for Oban. From Edinburgh A8 then A9 Stirling then A85 to Crianlarich to Tyndrum the A85 for Oban.

Getting There by Ferry:
From Oban terminal right turn for Gallanach on leaving ferry area, then 0.25 mile.
