5 Highbury Villas is a 3 bedroomed semi-detached house in the heart of Kirkwall in the Orkney Islands. We are situated in a private cul-de-sac within easy walking distance of the town centre and all local amenities. The house offers comfortable accommodation for six people. |
Welcome
Highbury Villas offers comfortable accommodation for six people and we
have endeavoured to make it feel like a home from home. The kitchen is
fully fitted with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave. There
is also a large kitchen table for large sociable meals.
5 Highbury Villas BedroomThe lounge at 5 Highbury Villas is comfortable
and spacious. It is decorated with Orkney pictures and is equipped with
a TV, Video, DVD, Freeview and a stereo.
Our three bedrooms are large and warm with plenty of cupboard and storage space. Two of the rooms have double beds and the third has two single beds. 5 Highbury Villas has a bathroom with a shower over the bath so you can relax in the tub after a long day of exploring Orkney's many sites.
5 Highbury Villas Garden
There is also a drying room in Highbury Villas and outside a large garden
with a picnic area, which is ideal for children to play in.
The house has two car parking spaces outside and as it is in a private
cul-de-sac it is far away from noise and vandalism.
5 Highbury Villas has a NO SMOKING policy and no pets are allowed.

How to get here
To get here from Stromness, take the A965 into Kirkwall and drive
straight on through three roundabouts by the harbour. On the fourth roundabout
turn right and you will find yourself on St Catherines Place. At the end
of this road turn left onto East Road. Turn into the third opening on
the left on East Road and you will find yourself at Highbury Villas. Number
5 is furthest on the left.
To get here from St Margarets Hope take the Holm Branch Road and follow it through to Junction Road and on to the harbour. You will meet a roundabout at the harbour, turn right here and follow the road. At the next roundabout turn right and you will find yourself on St Catherines Place. At the end of this road turn left onto East Road. Turn into the third opening on the left on East Road and you will find yourself at Highbury Villas. Number 5 is furthest on the left.
