only 10 miles from Perth.
Set in lovely rural countryside, Greenacres has far reaching views of
the surrounding hills.
The house is secluded, quiet, comfortable and elegantly furnished.
It is surrounded by a sheltered 1 acre garden which is a sanctuary for
wild birds and includes an organic vegetable garden, hens providing free
range eggs, decorative fan-tail pigeons and a wildlife pond.

All ground floor accommodation.
One double with washhand basin, one twin with washhand basin and bathroom
with bath and shower.
Private bathroom is available.
None of the rooms have en-suite facilities but all are comfortable and
attractively furnished with tea/coffee making facilities.
Hair driers are also available.

From Perth - Take the A9 from Perth, 1st exit after the
Inveralmond roundabout (signposted for Logiealmond) and B8063 follow signs
for Harrietfield and Chapelhill.
Greenacres is situated 6½ miles, on the left side of the road from
the crossroads, 5 houses beyond Chapelhill Inn, opposite Groan Cottages
and behind a tall hedge.
From Crieff - Take A85, after Methven take the left for
Harrietfield & Glenalmond - over crossroads follow road straight,
over Almond river, up hill at the T-junction turn right, first on the
right opposite drive to Groan cottages.
4 miles from A85.
A9 From the North - Take exit for Luncarty, Battleby and Logiealmond B8063
then follow as from the South.
Getting there from the Information Centre
From Tourist Information Centre take A9 from Perth.
First exit to Logiealmond and Battleby House, Harrietfield and Chapelhill
B8063.
Greenacres is on the B8063, 6 miles from Battleby House on left side of
road opposite Groan Cottages.
Getting there by Aeroplane
From Edinburgh take Forth Road Bridge signs, M9 to Perth then A9 to Inverness.
Take first exit to Logiealmond B8063 Harrietfield and Chapelhill.
Six miles on left after Battleby House.
Left side of road opposite Groan Cottages.
