Situated within a quiet area of the city, the property is within walking
distance of the city centre as well as the bus and railway stations.
Home Farm Breaks Accommodation
Equipped to a high standard, the accommodation comes with all modern
conveniences such as dishwasher, washer-drier, microwave oven, TV, DVD
player etc to ensure you have a relaxing stay.
Sleeping 3/4, the double bedroom has an ensuite shower room.
The second bedroom is a single room - both bedrooms having ample fitted
wardrobe space.
To accommodate a fourth person the lounge has a comfortable bed-settee.
Personally supervised by the owner, you can be assured of a warm welcome
to your holiday home.
Prices include bed linen, towels, gas and electricity. High chair and
cot can be supplied if required at small charge. Please note cot linen
is not supplied.

the vicinity of the apartment too.

Directions
Getting there from the Information Centre
From Perth TIC, exit the car park and turn right into the High Street,
then take a left turn at the traffic lights into Caledonian Road.
At next set of traffic lights, go straight ahead, following the road all
the way round to next junction (bus station will now be facing you) Turn
right into Leonard Street, following the road all the way into King's
Place, King James Place, then Marshall Place.
At traffic lights turn right into Edinburgh Road (A912) then take first
right into South Inch Terrace.
South Inch Court is approximately 300 yards on left.
Getting There by Railway
On exiting railway station, turn right and follow road into King's Place,
followed by King James Place, then finally road becomes Marshall Place.
At traffic lights turn right onto Edinburgh Road (A912) and continue along
(with South Inch Park either side) then take 1st right into South Inch
Terrace.
Approximately 300 yards on left is South Inch Court.
Alternatively if on foot, one can walk through South Inch park from King
James Place and South Inch Court is facing you.
Getting there by Aeroplane
From Edinburgh airport, follow signs for Forth Road Bridge.
After crossing bridge, continue north on M90 until junction 10, exiting
there for Perth.
On right there is a large Tesco store, followed by a Shell filling station
on left.
Immediately after Shell station take 1st on left into South Inch Terrace,
then approximately 300 yards on left is South Inch Court.
From Glasgow airport, follow the M80 signs for Stirling
then the M9 bypassing Dunblane, following the signs for Perth on the A9.
On reaching Perth at the Broxden roundabout take the A93 road into Perth
(Glasgow Road) continuing along this road until you reach traffic lights
at the junction of York Place and Caledonian Road.
Turn right into Caledonian Road and follow this road all the way to the
next junction.
Getting There by Ferry
From Rosyth follow the signs north on the M90 for Perth, exiting at junction
10.
On right there is a large Tesco store, followed by a Shell filling station
on left.
Immediately after Shell station take 1st on left into South Inch Terrace,
then approximately 300 yards on left is South Inch Court.
