the Ochil and Sidlaw hills, and the Strathearn Valley.

Our Cottages
The Granary which sleeps 6 and The Stables
which sleeps 4 have been recently converted from our steading buildings.

Large Kitchen-Diner fully equipped including fridge/freezer, microwave,
washing machine and dishwasher, TV and WiFi·
Twin Room with comfortable beds.
Shower room with easy access shower.
Upper floor
Large Lounge with French doors allowing stunning view to the North, including
historic Kinnoull Hill in Perth, TV, dvd, Double room, with comfortable
bed and beautiful views to wake up to·

For the larger party we have a comfortable sofa bed in our lounge.

All major Scottish Cities can be accessed easily, some in less than 1
hours driving time.

You can graze your horse or pony at Horselea, or use the facilities at
the neighbouring livery stables.

Directions
Getting there from the Information Centre
At T Junction turn right, turn left at traffic lights, turn right at next
set of lights.
At roundabout turn left.
Straight on at next set of traffic lights.
At next set of lights (Tesco) turn right.
Follow this road for 3 miles to Bridge of Earn, then take 2nd right at
School/Bowling Green.
Follow this road for 2.3 miles, under electricity pylons then 100 yards
turn left into farm road.
Horselea Holiday Cottages are at top of farm road.
Getting There by Car
Travel to Junction 9 on M90, Bridge of Earn, turn towards Bridge of Earn,
straight over mini roundabout, then left into Heughfield Road.
At T junction turn right for Forgandenny, follow this road for 2.3 miles,
under electricity pylons, 100 yards turn left for Horselea.
Cottages are at top of farm road.
Getting There by Railway
Perth Station, local bus service across from railway station no 17 Dunning
service.
Taxi rank outside station. Transport can be arranged from Perth station.
Getting there by Aeroplane
Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee Airport.
