Gateway to the Highlands" the farm is ideally places for those seeking
some of the best unspoilt scenery in Western Europe.
This 300 acre mixed arable farm is situated on the A9 six miles north
of Perth.
Every endeavour is made to ensure the guests are comfortable however long
or short their stay.
Newmill Farm Accommodation
Additional accommodation is available in the modern cottage next to the
farmhouse.
This cottage is independent of the B&B and offers the opportunity
for self catering provision.
Camping cabins in the farm's orchard provide a luxury camping experience
on a small private site.
There are three sheilings with an adjacent toilet / shower room and utility
area.
Accommodation in the B&B comprises twin ensuite room, double ensuite
room & family room with private bathroom.
The farmhouse is centrally heated with a traditional coal fire in the
lounge.

Getting There by Car
From Perth follow signs for the main A9 Inverness Road.
DO NOT take the Stanley Junction - take the Junction signposted 'Tulleybelton'
Newmill Farm sits on the left of this road adjacent the A9.
Getting there by Aeroplane
From Edinburgh or Glasgow Airport head north towards Perth.
By pass Perth taking the A9 north towards Inverness.
Approximately 6 miles North of Perth turn off left towards Tullybelton.
The farm lies on the left at this junction.
