150 year old detached farm steading recently converted in a contemporary
style and to a very high standard.
With panoramic uninterrupted views of the hills and moorland situated
in the hidden gem of Little Glenshee and yet only a 10 minute drive to
the nearest village Bankfoot, which has 2 pubs serving food and a Visitor
centre and Scottish liqueur centre.
Shenval Farm Steading Accommodation
Upstairs is open plan with a living area with log burner, dining area
and kitchen with a balcony with seating off the living area.
Downstairs there is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower
over bath and french doors leading into the private courtyard garden.
One twin bedroom with a separate wet/shower room.
Enclosed private courtyard, and a balcony on the upper floor, garden furniture
and BBQ.
When designing the cottage the owners wanted to achieve the feeling that
you where staying in a luxury Hotel but with all the conveniences of self
catering and be able to enjoy the countryside views whilst sipping a glass
of wine and maybe having a barbecue.
Sleeps: 2 - 4 adults.

Activities
There are a number of Golf courses within the area and you are also approx
a 30 min drive from the famous Gleneagles.
The village of Dunkeld is about a 15 minute drive and has various activities
for you pass the time away they include Water sports, Fishing, Golf, 4x4
off road driving.
Directions
Getting there from the Information Centre
20 minute drive from Perth 12 miles in total.
Getting There by Car
-From Perth at the Inveralmond roundabout continue on the A9 following
signs for Inverness.
After 4.5 miles
-Take the road on the left signed for Tulleybelton which is just after
the Luncarty exit.
-Continue on this road for aprox 2.5 going straight through the crossroads
marked for Almondbank left and Bankfoot right.
-You will then reach Tulleybelton House which has black gates at it’s
entrance and you want to take the road on the left sign posted for Little
Glenshee.
-You will continue on this road for a further 2.5 miles passing Gourdihill,
Cockerstone and Westerton Farm.
-After Westerton farm you will pass some trees on the right and you will
see Shenval Farmhouse & Streading up on the hill on your right.
-There is also a sign for Shenval in the bottom of the paddock.
Getting There by Railway
Nearest station is Perth about 12 miles away and 20 minute drive.
Getting there by Aeroplane
Edinburgh Airport 1 hour drive.
Follow Signs for the Forth Road Bridge & M90 to Perth & Kinross.
Continue over the Forth Road Bridge joining the M90.
Leave the M90 at Junction 10 follow signs for the A9.
From Perth
Continuing on the A9 approaching the Broxden Roundabout follow signs for
Inverness
At the Inveralmond roundabout continue on the A9 follow Inverness signs
After 4.5 miles
Take road on left signed Tulleybelton after the Luncarty exit
Continue on road for 2.5 go straight through crossroads for Almondbank
left and Bankfoot right
You then reach Tulleybelton House which has black gates at entrance take
road on left sign for Little Glenshee
Continue on this road for 2.5 miles passing Gourdihill, Cockerstone and
Westerton Farm
After Westerton, Shenval is on the hill on right.
