Our first holiday property, opened in 1995, welcomes back many returning
yearly visitors.
Conveniently situated in Perthshire, the Heart of Scotland, an area of
immense natural beauty.

which is used as a putting green (conditions permitting).
2 double and 1 single bedrooms with the use of a folding bed for the sixth
person.

Getting there from the Information Centre
From Caithness glass Tourist Information Centre take 1st left at Inveralmond
roundabout A9 Inverness).
Leave A9 at B9099 Luncarty/Stanley slip road.
Through Stanley just after 2nd Tayside Hotel sign take first left for
Airntully signpost opposite road 1.5 miles.
In Airntully turn sharp right at Old Smiddy which has red post box on
gable (opposite large copper beech).
Cottage 100 yards.
Getting There by Railway
From Perth turn left (inner ring road) follow signs for A9 Inverness.
Leave A9 at B9099 Luncarty/Stanley slip road.
Through Stanley just after 2nd Tayside Hotel sign, 1st left for Airntully
(signed).
In Airntully turn right at Old Smiddy which has a red post box on gable
(opposite large copper beech).
Cottage 100 yards.
Getting there by Aeroplane
From Edinburgh Airport follow signs to Forth Road Bridge, there after
signs to Perth on M90 - at Friarton interchange.
Take route to Inverness A9 (Perth City bypass) to Broxden and Inveralmond
roundaouts.
Leave A9 at B9099 Luncarty/Stanley slip road through Stanley.
Just after 2nd Tayside Hotel sign, 1st left for Airntully (signed).
In Airntully turn sharp right at Old Smiddy which has red post box on
gable (opposite large copper beech).
