Originally created as stables and coach houses for the 19th Century Kinfauns
Castle, theses traditional, stone built B listed buildings in an attractive
courtyard setting has an idyllic and exceptional accommodation restored
to compliment this glorious environment with very careful thought given
towards our customers luxury and enjoyment.

The Tower view residences include the 19th Century Clock Tower which
has been imaginatively converted to create an open plan lounge with feature
arch window on the upper floor that commands magnificent views of the
kinnoull Hills famous Victoria Folly.
The accommodation also includes a fully fitted dining kitchen, dining
hall, Twin room, toilet, double room and bathroom with a shower.

and 1 double bedroom.
Coach House 3
Spacious luxury home ideal for families or larger party.
Accommodation consists of a large modern fully fitted kitchen, spacious
lounge and dinning area with feature living flame stone fireplace, downstairs
toilet, 2 single bedrooms, I twin bedroom, a double bedroom with ensuite
and upstairs bathroom with shower.
Coach house 3 also has a private sun terrace with garden furniture to
the rear.

Our crème de le crème luxury homes which have been tastefully
converted with the needs of the part/ disabled in mind.
Large Lounge featuring living flame stone fireplace and French doors with
access onto Private Sun Terrace. Spacious Kitchen with fitted worktops
and appliances lowered to an appropriate level, utility, 2 twin bedrooms
(1 with ensuite), 1 double Bedroom with fully fitted disabled ensuite
facilities.
