We operate a non smoking policy and don`t allow pets. Ideally
this cottage offers luxury accommodation for two people but there
is ample room in the downstairs lounge to sleep another guest. |
Offering excellent self-catering holiday accommodation and views over
the harbour, Cliff Cottage is within easy walking distance
of Portree village centre.
The cottage overlooks the bay with uninterrupted views to Ben Tianavaig
and the Island of Raasay.
Checking in from 3pm and checking out by 10am.

There is a spacious open plan lounge downstairs with radio, TV and CD
player along with a wide variety of books, magazines, maps and local information
for your use. Heating throughout the cottage is controlled by a simple-to-use
night storage system.
Kitchen / Dining room
The large kitchen has a dining area as well as sitting space.
Features include an oven/grill and hob with extractor, washing machine,
tumble drier, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster.
All crockery and utensils are supplied.

Activities
There are lots of things to do on the Isle of Skye including
Paintballing, Horse Riding, Boat trips, Swimming or going to the Cinema.
Visit the historic Dunvegan Castle, go Canoeing at the White Wave centre
or even hire a bike or rent fishing equiptment.
Many of the local pubs and bars also offer live music throughout the week.
Directions
Getting there from the Information Centre
Turn right out of the TIC car park and follow the road round to the left.
Pass the Bosville Hotel on the left and Cliff cottage is just a little
further.
Getting There by Car
Follow the A87 (over the Skye Bridge) and in to Portree.
Pass the TIC on you right and follow the instructions above.
Getting There by Railway
There are rail stations in Kyle of Lochalsh or Mallaig.
If arriving at Kyle, a bus is required to take you to Portree.
If arriving at Mallaig, you will first require a ferry then a bus.
Getting there by Aeroplane
Nearest airport is Inverness (approx 120 miles).
