The Spoons Luxury Bed and Breakfast Accommodation
All 3 bedrooms have large comfy beds with crisp white Egyptian cotton
linen, down pillows and duvets, (non allergenic also available please
let us know at time of reservation).
Each room is equipped with a flat screen TV and DVD/CD player (complimentary
DVD library), free WiFi internet access, Roberts radio alarm with iPod
dock, hairdryer and Nespresso coffee maker and tea tray.
The luxury bathrooms have large fluffy towels, waffle bath robes and organic
toiletries from Purdies of Argyll.
Spoon 1
This room has a super king size bed which can also be made into twin beds
and is on the ground floor with views of the surrounding croft.
The room is furnished with earthy colours in tweeds and local sheepskin
rugs, with plantation shutters on the windows.
The en suite has a lovely large walk in rain shower.
Spoon 2
This room is upstairs and has views of the surrounding hillside and croft.
It also has a super king size bed and is painted in a warm hue with French
furnishings and beautiful linen fabrics. With it’s freestanding
bath Spoon Two is a must for those who love bathing.
Spoon 3
This room is also upstairs with a beautiful view of Loch Snizort and the
hills.
Painted in muted tones this room has a huge super king brass bed from
which you can enjoy the view.
The en suite has a lovely bath with shower over.

Getting there from the Information Centre
Leave Portree in the direction of Uig on the A87, heading North.
Stay on the A87 for approximately 4 miles, until you reach a turnoff on
the left for the A850 to Skeabost & Dunvegan.
Turn off left onto the A850, continue for about 4 miles.
Pass the sign for Bernisdale and then Park Bernisdale as the road goes
downhill there is a bus stop and a turn off for Aird Bernisdale on the
right.
Take this right and then turn immediately left, passing the wood furniture
workshop on the right.
Follow the single track road for half a mile and go over the cattle grid
and then turn immediately left into the driveway of The Spoons.
Getting there by Aeroplane
The nearest airport is Inverness which is approximately a 3 hour drive
from Aird Bernisdale.
