Sea View Flat it is situated right next to the sea and has stunning
panoramic views across Stonehaven bay from the dining area.
The flat is about 150 m from the scenic harbour, 5 mins walk from a full
range of shops, and 20mins walk from the main line train station( 15 min
ride to Aberdeen).

The flat, which has been recently been re-furbished, has two double bedrooms,

It has a separate sitting room and the dining area which is off the kitchen
overlooks the boardwalk and has superb views of the sea.

Activities
Golfing, birdwatching, hill walking, cycling and riding opportunities
are all available within a 10 mile radius.
There’s plenty of fish in the area.
For those who prefer to swim, Stonehaven has an Olympic sized, outdoor,
sea-water, heated swimming pool, open throughout the summer months.
There are many walks from the front door, to woodland, along the Carron
River, along the boardwalk and along the coastal path to Dunnattor Castle
(20 mins).
For those who like to play sport there is an 18 hole golf course on the
far side of the bay (situated on the Highland Fault) and there are several
other renowned golf courses accessible from Stonehaven.
There is also a sport centre, gym, tennis courts and indoor crown bowling
facility.
More adventurous sportsmen chose to try surfing in the bay on rougher
seas.
The whole area offers opportunities to enjoy the outdoor life and there
are cycling routes, beaches, bird sanctuaries and hillside walking all
within easy reach of the centre of Stonehaven.
Directions
Getting there from the Information Centre
The flat is located in the centre of the town and is accessed by foot
from the centre of the town which is approximately 500m away.
Getting There by Car
Drive to the centre of the town.
Take the road signposted to the Harbour, and turn left at the Police Station.
The flat is located in the High Street, on the left about 200m from the
police station and just before you reach the church with the painted wooden
spire
Getting There by Railway
Take a rail journey to Stonehaven and alight at the Station.
All mainline trains stop at the station which is the last main stop before
Aberdeen.
From the station take a taxi into town or walk down Arduthie Road until
you meet Evan Street.
Take a left hand turn into Evan Street and walk down the hill to the main
square.
At the main square turn right into Allardice Road and then take the First
left turn into High Street.
Getting there by Aeroplane
Stonehaven in just South of Aberdeen and is accessed by Air from Aberdeen
Airport.
The most direct route from the airport is to take the bus to Aberdeen
City Bus station and then transfer to the Train at the railway station.
From the mainline station you can then take any mainline train to Stonehaven.
The train will take about 15 minutes from Aberdeen.
During the week the last train is at about 11pm but at the week end it
is at 10:28.
Getting There by Ferry
Aberdeen is reached by Ferry from Orkney and the Shetlands and the ferry
terminal is close to the railway station. Follow directions from the Railway
as given above.
