of Lewis.
Stornoway is a harbour town with a quiet picturesque fishing harbour as
well as the main ferry port, both can be seen from Harbour View.

The interior of self catering property is light, bright, modern and comfortable,
its open plan design boasts a fully equipped kitchen with built in appliances,
including a dishwasher.
The lounge area has two large comfortable leather sofas and a flat screen
television it also has duel aspect windows with views of Stornoway Harbour
from both.
Look carefully from the window and see the harbour seals at play.
There are two bedrooms, one double and a twin, both are spacious with
lots of storage.
The bathroom has an over bath shower and is fully tiled, towels and linen
are included.
The apartment has full central heating, with the addition of an electric
fire.

This is a first floor apartment accessed via a security entrance and covered
stairway.
There are two small stairways and unfortunatley the block has no lift,
this makes it unsuitable for wheelchair users, or those with severe mobility
problems.

Flights to Stornoway Airport from Inverness, Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow
and Benbecula.
Getting There by Ferry
Ferry from Ullapool to Stornoway or from Uig (Skye) to Tarbert (Harris).
By air
You can fly to Stornoway within an hour from, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen
or Inverness!
Each of the mainland airports that serve Stornoway have connecting flights
by most major airlines and unless you are travelling from far afield this
results in a 'one change' journey.
Flights to Stornoway are by British Airways (operated by Loganair), Eastern
Airways and Highland Airways.
By Sea
Caledonian MacBrayne run to two ports in Lewis and Harris.
The main port of Stornoway has a ferry connection to Ullapool with a journey
time of two hours and forty minutes.
There is also a route running between Uig, Skye and Tarbert in Harris,
this may be more suitable if traveling to Lewis from the Inner Isles.
