Blue Horizon is a luxurious residence offering the ultimate in comfort and relaxation. Built to the highest specification, the property occupies a spectacular clifftop location on an exclusive and secure development called the Sparrebosch Clifftop Estate. This estate holds the world-famous Pezula Golf Course and is next to the Pezula Hotel, Spa and Gym. The house overlooks a secluded beach which is accessible by a walking
trail starting on the golf course. It is a large single-storey property
built around a sheltered central courtyard. The open-plan layout
maximizes natural light to create a serene and restful ambiance.
The master bedroom and living areas open onto a long verandah overlooking
the beautiful shoreline of the Sparrebosch Nature Reserve, the beach
and ocean beyond. It is the ideal place for a sundowner or a morning
of whale and dolphin watching. |

Using quality finishes, furnishings and objects of art throughout, Blue Horizon’s interiors exude elegance and simplicity. State-of-the-art kitchen appliances, audio visual equipment and underfloor heating can be found throughout the house. At the centre of the house is a fully equipped kitchen with an island worktop unit. There is a stainless steel cooking range, extractor hood, a large double door fridge-freezer, microwave oven, kettle and toaster. The utility room, located to the side of the kitchen, has a washing machine, tumble-dryer, dishwasher and an additional sink.
The adjacent dining and lounge areas are bright and spacious and lead seamlessly onto the verandah by means of fold and stack frameless glass doors. One end of this huge living space features top quality audio and visual equipment including a large LCD TV with DStv, a Hi-Fi system, DVD player, comfortable couches, a coffee table and pebble gas fireplace. At the opposite end is an additional seating area with couches and a fireplace. The central courtyard offers an outside entertainment area with built-in electric and gas braai as well as a deck with an attractive driftwood dining table.
Residents also have free access to the communal swimming pool, tennis court and children's outdoor play area located in a quiet corner of the estate. The outdoor pool is surrounded by a sun deck and loungers, and It gives a bird’s-eye view of the majestic Knysna Lagoon.

The spacious master bedroom features patio doors leading onto the verandah
with fabulous sea views, a king-size bed, dressing room and a superb bathroom
with bath and shower. Bedrooms two and three feature queen-size beds,
wardrobes and stylish en-suite shower rooms. Bedroom four overlooks the
courtyard and has a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower
room.
