Bradach Manor is a comfortable, 4-star guest manor, offering
visitors the ideal setting from which to explore the wonders of
the Garden Route.
Guests have a choice of seven individually decorated rooms. The
spacious honeymoon suite features a spa bath and private balcony.

A full English & continental breakfast is served, either in the dining
room or on the terrace overlooking the lagoon. A light meals menu is available
throughout the day and in the evenings.
Bradach Manor offers the following services:
Airport transfers, organised tours, such as boat cruises, horse riding,
abseiling, hiking, forest walks, animal sanctuaries, private tours and
a whole lot more. We also have a number of the best golf courses in South
Africa nearby.
The lodge also offers its guests e-mail and fax facilities, a full laundry
service, satellite TV, tourism info desk, an exquisite pool overlooking
the lagoon and Knysna.
Facilities include:
A full breakfast, English and continental, including a sugar free breakfast
is served either in the dining room or al fresco on the terrace, overlooking
the lagoon.
A light meals menu is available all day.
Dinner is prepared on request.
There is an honesty bar, full of character, with a pool table and endless
patios and decks with fabulous views.
The dining room overlooks the water and leads onto a long verandah and
the pool deck below.

Things to do:
Knysna is at the heart of the Garden Route and offers the perfect stopover
between Cape Town and Port Elizabeth. Boat trips across the Lagoon and
around the Heads offer a unique insight into this spectacular region and
access to the Featherbed Nature Reserve on the western head. Knysna also
has its own Waterfront, Knysna Quays, with a wide variety of shops, restaurants
and delicatessens.
Activities galore:
There is a wide variety of golf courses nearby – some of the best
golfing on the continent - and Bradach will be happy to make bookings
on your behalf
Around Knysna are many spectacular drives, the Swartberg Pass, the Seweweekspoort
Pass and Meiringspoort, offering access to the dry interior of the Little
Karoo.
Oudtshoorn, an easy drive from Knysna, is the capital of the ostrich farming
industry and the Cango Caves – a series of underground caverns -
are nearby.
Knysna offers so much.
Walks, horse-rides and mountain bikes in the Knysna Forest (where the
rare Knysna elephant is still to be found), sunswept beaches, bungee-jumping,
animal sanctuaries and, last, but not least, the Outeniqua Tjoe Choo –
a spectacular steam-train journey through the Kaaimans River Gorge from
Knysna to George.
Directions:
From Cape Town (± 4½ hours drive)
From Cape Town to Knysna travel along the N2. Pass Sedgefield, and head
towards Knysna through the Kaaimans River Gorge and across the bridge.
Just before Knysna pass Welbedacht Road on your left. Cross the causeway
with the main lagoon on your right.
The first road on the left is Old Cape Road. Ignore this. The second is
marked Albatross/Paradise B&Bs. Turn left into Albatross and at the
T-junction turn left again. Keep to the left and drive straight up the
road. There are signs to Bradach Manor on the way up. When the road curves
to the right, bear left and drive onto the gravel road. Bradach Manor
is on the left.
From Port Elizabeth (± 2 hours drive)
From Port Elizabeth to Knysna travel along the N2. Travel straight through
Knysna on the N2. After the Total petrol station on your right, go straight
over the traffic lights.
After the traffic lights, take the third turn off on your right, Albatross
street. At the T-junction turn left and keep straight. There are signs
to Bradach Manor on the way up. When the road curves to the right, bear
left and drive onto the gravel road. Bradach Manor is on the left.
