Casa Foresta is a luxury three-bedroom timber home perched high up in the forest of Phantom River View with breathtaking views of the Knysna Lagoon, the Heads, the gorge and valley below, the majestic Outiniqua Mountains in the distance, and is a scenic 10 minute drive around the lagoon to the beautiful and charming town of Knysna. The fully fitted open-plan kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences to make cooking the pleasure it should be. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas hob, extractor, fridge, kettle, and toaster. The downstairs area comprises a small lounge with TV and a washing machine, tumble dryer, and extra fridge. |

The main bedroom, which is situated upstairs, has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with twin basins, shower, and an elevated corner bath with unsurpassed views to the Knysna Heads. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and en-suite shower, while the third bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bath. Downstairs you will find a separate den for the kids with TV and PlayStation, and a separate nook with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The open-plan dining area and lounge is fitted with a flat screen satellite
TV and audio system and a closed fireplace, ideal for winter nights in
the forest.
The dining area consists of a round six-seater dining room table. Sliding
doors open onto the large covered deck area and a staircase leads down
to the crystal clear rock pool and fully-equipped lapa and barbecue area
with built-in barbecue, gas grill, bar fridge and for the more energetic,
a full size ping-pong table.
This beautiful home is situated in a nature reserve area in the Phantom Forest, 11 km outside Knysna. It is perfectly located in terms of access to Knysna town, beaches, forest walks, and exploring the many Garden Route attractions.
