This is a fully equipped very spacious loft at the Knysna Quays, suited to 2 adults and 1 small child if required. The Knysna Quays is a marine development situated on the Knysna Waterfront. The loft contains a queen size bed, dressing table and cupboards in a section closed off with screens. Mostly furnished with high quality yellow-, black-, stinkwood and Oregon pine furniture and antiques. Ceiling and standing fan provided. The unit is on top of a garage, about 60 square metres in size.

The bathroom is completely private and closed off up to the ceiling with extractor fan and heating lights. It has a Victorian bath with shower over it, toilet and basin. The open plan kitchen/lounge has a 4 seater dining table and lounge suite. Bunk bed in one corner to accommodate an extra child. Patio with table and chairs and Hot Rock braai. Parking in front of the unit or in the complex (about 10 meters from the unit). Linen and towels supplied.
It has a gas stove (new type with oven), kettle, microwave, toaster, TV and fridge. The kitchen is fully equipped. I supply linen and towels. The unit is not serviced. The above unit is in a security complex. It is walking distance from town centre (± 1km) and about 100m from the Waterfront.
It is not situated directly on the water, towards Waterfront Drive that runs past it. Next to the Choo-Tjoe tracks that has not been in use since 2005.
