Leeward Reach is an upmarket holiday home located on sought after Thesen’s Island. This home has it all, four en suite bedrooms and a self contained flatlet above the garage. The house and flatlet can be rented as one unit or separately. Enjoy sundowners on the private gazebo situated in front of the house. There is a mooring if you want to bring your boat along to cruise
the waterways of Thesen Island. The house has a Jacuzzi, DStv, security
access, communal tennis and squash courts and kids' playground.
The Island is perfect for walking or cycling. Leeward Reach is across
the road from a small beach and a short stroll away from the main
Thesens Beach on the waterways. Please note that the house is on
deep water and is therefore not suitable for small children that
cannot swim. |

Accommodation
Four Bedroom Self-catering House
Self-catering house sleeps eight people. The house has four en-suite bedrooms.
One king bed, one queen bed and two bedrooms with twin beds. A self contained
flatlet with a queen bed can accommodate a further two people. The house
has one bedroom on the ground floor.
Self-catering Flatlet
Self catering flatlet above the garage. The flatlet can sleep two people
and an extra child on a mattress by prior arrangement. The flatlet can
be rented separately or as part of the house. Please note that if you
are renting the flatlet separately from the house, you will not have use
of the main house facilities such as the Jacuzzi and mooring access.
