Spring Tide Villa is situated on Thesen Islands in Knysna, which is an island in the famous Knysna Estuary. The estate has a gated entrance with 24-hour guarded access control. The tastefully furnished villa consists of two bedrooms fitted with queen-size beds and each with a deluxe en-suite bathroom. One of the en-suite bathrooms has a shower and the other has a bath. Downstairs offers the kitchen, scullery, lounge and dining room
as well as a guest bathroom and a private outdoor shower. The home
has underfloor heating as well as a gas hot-rock fireplace. The
kitchen and living areas are open-plan and flow onto the secluded
deck and fully enclosed garden. The living area has a flat screen
TV with DStv and a DVD player. |

A launch jetty for a boat is located less than 100 m away. The house is located close the the entrance of the estate and it is ideal for walking to the nearby Thesen Harbour town and Knysna Waterfront. Take a stroll to the top class restaurants, shops and boat trips. There is a private beach, flood-lit tennis courts, a squash court, a bird park and playground located within close proximity of the island.

leads directly onto the deck and to the front door.
