Addo Dung Beetle Guest Farm is situated 4 km from the Main Gate of the Addo Elephant National Park on a working Citrus Farm.
The Citrus part of the Farm is approximately 250ha with an estimated 151 000 individual trees. The Safari area is 240ha which are stocked with zebra, kudu, giraffe, nyala, impala, bushbuck.
Although rain is prevalent in summer, we are a Malaria free area.

Addo Dung Beetle Guest Farm Accommodation

Our 5 Luxurious Chalets are nestled on a Mountain top over looking the magnificent Zuurberg Mountains.
We have chalets with 2 twin beds or a queen size bed and each of our chalets has a mountain view.

The chalets are equipped with TVs with local channels, air-conditioners with a heating and fan option, mini bar fridge, hairdryer, microwave, tea / coffee facilities, digital safe and hangers.
Each chalet has an en-suite bathroom with 2 hand basins, in-side shower, outside shower, bath, toilet and all the towels are supplied.

All our bedside tables and headboards are made up from a combination of local wood species found in the area. (Yellow woods, Oaks, Sneeze woods, Black Wood).
The Sneeze wood chandeliers found through the chalets and lapa were used as fence posts on the farm until a few years ago.
They are termite prufe. The porcupine quill lamp shades found in the bathrooms and the lapa were hand made by the owner.

Newly Built Bush Cabins
Experience the rustic beauty and adventure of the bushveld with our Bush Cabins situated in our 240ha safari area. The private wooden cabins invite you into the heart of nature and features a magnificent mountain view which you can enjoy while preparing your meals from the open deck kitchen or braai area.

In true bushveld spirit, there is an open air shower and flushable toilet adjacent to the cabins. The bush cabins are self catering and guest may make use of the other Addo Dung Beetle facilities such as the swimming pool and more.

Directions to Addo Dung Beetle Guestfarm:
Take the R335 from Port Elizabeth and drive through to Addo Elephant National Park. 1.4km before the park take the turn-off to the left (gravel road) that says Zuurberg Mountain Inn / Addo Dung Beetle.
