fully equipped for a relaxing luxurious holiday. This spacious, double-storey
villa offers guests five bedrooms with four en-suite bathrooms.
The main bedrooms are air-conditioned and are furnished with TVs. CD players
are available in all the bedrooms as well. Selected areas have under floor
heating.
The villa has an open-plan dining, kitchen and lounge area that lead to
the swimming pool in the sunny garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with
all appliances, including a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble-dryer.

From Cape Town International Airport, merge onto the N2/Settlers Way via
the ramp to Cape Town and continue on the N2/Settlers Way for 11.2 km
before merging onto De Waal Drive. After 850 m, continue onto Nelson Mandela
Boulevard and travel for 5 km before continuing onto Buitengracht Street.
After 1.9 km, continue onto New Church Street/M62 and continue to follow
the M62 for 5.8 km before turning left onto Houghton Road. After 500 m,
take a sharp right turn onto Victoria Road/M6 and take the first left
onto Beta Road.
