Victoria Views Accommodation
House : The house has two bedrooms. The main bedroom
is upstairs with its own private balcony. The main bedroom has a queen-size
bed with an open-plan en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is on the
ground floor with a double bed and a separate bathroom.
The living area is open plan consisting of an L-shaped lounge with doors
leading directly onto the pool deck. The more formal television lounge
has a large window with a sofa placed facing the ocean, perfect for early
mornings or watching the sun set.
A gas fireplace in the lounge adds warmth to the evenings.
The kitchen is large and fully equipped and leads directly off the dining
area with its eight-seater dining table. The elevated entertainment deck
overhangs the lap pool in the garden below.
There is a cosy, covered outdoor area with a fireplace and dining area.

DIRECTIONS
From Cape Town International Airport, merge onto the N2 towards Cape
Town. Take the De Waal Drive exit towards the M3/Cape Town and merge onto
De Waal Drive. Continue onto Jutland Avenue and continue onto Mill Street.
Take a slight left onto Mill Street. Turn left onto Upper Orange Street
and then right onto Camp Street. Take the next left onto Kloof Street.
Turn right into Gloucester Street and continue onto Firdale Avenue. Turn
left onto Kloof Nek Road/M62, continue along the M62 and at the traffic
lights turn left into Victoria Road. You need to check in and collect
the keys at Anne Porter Properties.
