Each cottage has en suite bedrooms in Cape cottage style with dakriet
ceilings and tiled floors with private braai facilities. Cottages are
screened by indigenous shrubs with stunning views down the Tradouw Valley
and onto the orchards and mountains. Akkerboom Country Cottages provides
an ideal base from which to explore the attractions of the Little Karoo
or simply the opportunity to relax and enjoy the silence.
One-bedroom Cottage
Each cottage offers two single beds or a king-size bed with an en-suite
bathroom. The kitchen is equipped for cooking meals and the cottage opens
out onto a patio.

The cottage has two bedrooms with two single beds in each room and it
leads out onto a patio. The bed configuration can be converted into a
king-size bed if required. The bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the

Directions to Akkerboom Country Cottages
Akkerboom Country Cottages lies 42 km from Montagu and 22 km from Barrydale
on Route 62.
From Robertson, head south-west on Barry Street towards Truter Street.
Take the first left turn into Truter Street. Take your second right turn
into Paul Kruger Street. Take the third left turn into Church Street.
After 2.1 km, take the first exit into Robertson Road at the traffic circle.
After 17.7 km, continue on Route 62. Travel for 45.6 km and then take
a slight left turn at the sign for Akkerboom Country Cottages.
