Patio Room 1: This room has a beautiful view of the mountains.
If one is lucky the one can see the first glimpses of the winter snow
capping the peaks of the Overberg. The patio is there to relax with as
too is the large garden at the back of the house. The garden is filled
with exquisite trees and flowers where one take in the aroma of the fresh
air mixed with the scents of the flowers.
Patio Room 2: This room has a panoramic view of the clouds billowing over the mountains as the afternoon breeze cools one down in the hot summer sun. The room also opens up onto the patio under the vines where one can relax and let the world pass one by.
Patio Room 3: With the room rolling out onto the patio, one can relax with a drink in the cool of the vines in the hot summer days. Once again the entrance to the room is strictly private so one can relax with a book or an afternoon nap without any disturbances.
Patio Room 4: This room is situated alongside rooms one, two and three, and faces the Cape Fold mountains that create the valley that Barrydale is situated in. With the room opening up onto the patio one can enjoy a relaxing sundowner or a light meal under the vines.
Garden Room 5: This room opens right up into the beautiful garden behind the guesthouse. The room boasts a ceiling fan for the hot summer days and warm summer night with a heater for the mild winter days and the cold winter nights.
Garden Room 6: This room opens up onto the garden with
a panoramic view of the mountains behind the guesthouse. The room includes
a ceiling fan for the hot summer days and nights and a heater for the

Directions to Tradouw Guesthouse
From Montagu, head south on Rawson Street towards Joubert Street. Turn
right onto Piet Retief Street. Take the first left onto Barry Street.
Turn left onto Lang Street/R62 and continue to follow the R62. Turn right
onto Bain Street. Take the second left onto Van Riebeeck Street. Follow
the street until you see the sign for Tradouw.
