Botsebotse Bush Retreat Accommodation
The four luxury temperature controlled double bedrooms, each with a private
courtyard, lead off a vast thatched walkway and have large comfortable
beds dressed with mosquito nets and superior linen.
Lavish en-suite bathrooms have freestanding egg shaped baths, oversized
indoor showers and private outdoor shower and “bush baths”
with ample luxury pamper items. Each room has its own covered parking
and a locker for golf gear.
Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in the dining area, on the outdoor decks, in the main boma or bush boma or enjoy an intimate open-air candle lit dinner in the privacy of your own courtyard. Order a delicious picnic basket and indulge in scrumptious high teas.

Wildlife Experiences
Big 5 Game can be viewed on guided game drives, horseback and quad bike
safaris at a bordering Big 5 Private Game Reserve.
The departure point for Big 5 activities are a mere 10 min travelling
distance from Botsebotse. Zebula’s pristine malaria free African
bushveld is home to over 300 bird species and 600 animals. Giraffe, Eland,
Gemsbuck, Blesbuck, Zebras, Wildebeest, Red Hartebeest, Waterbuck, Nyala,
Kudus, Impala, Back Jackal, Warthogs and Caracal as well as various small
antelope such as Grey Duiker, Steenbok and Reedbuck roam freely on the
reserve.
Guests are also welcome to opt for their own unguided game walks and
mountain bike safaris and to enjoy a picnic at one of the many Zebula
picnic spots and dams.
Great fishing is available at the ten regularly stocked dams. A number
of bird hides on the western slope of Zebula’s 6-hectare big Python
Dam offers spectacular bird watching.
Directions to Botsebotse Bush Retreat
From Johannesburg take the N1 to Pretoria.
Follow the N1 signs towards Polokwane (Pietersburg).
Take the R516 to Warmbaths turn off, turn left going towards Bela-Bela
(Warmbaths).
At the T-junction, the waterfront will be in front of you, turn right.
Go over the bridge, first robot left. Follow the road around a sharp right
bend.
At the next road turn left, go past the Aventura Resort on your left.
At the roundabout, turn left.
Drive approximately 35 km passing the Mabalingwe Game Reserve on your
right.
Turn right at the tar road on your right that says Rooiberg, with a
large Zebula Sign on the corner of the turn off. Drive approximately 4
km and turn right at the Zebula sign.
Approximately 5 km down the newly tarred road the ZEBULA gate will be
on your right hand side. Pass through the Zebula gate.
Turn right at the first road after the gate and follow the road all the way next to the Zebula fence and past the airstrip. Once past the airstrip the road runs up to a point where it is blocked with dirt. Turn left, turn left again and follow the signs to Site 52.
