How To Get To Essenwood House

Many road names have recently been changed. See old names in brackets ()

FROM THE CITY - Samora Machel St.
Head North for 2,3kms, take the left lane and glide off at Sandile Thusi (Argyle Road) M17. Head up Sandile Thusi for 2,3kms. continue up hill until you reach Stephen Dlamini Road (Essenwood Road). Turn left and 200m on left hand side is Essenwood House No.630. Press the bell, gates will open, drive in.

.FROM PIETERMARITZBURG / JO’BURG ON FREEWAY N3
Head towards City on N3 the sign reads Exit 3 Berea / Ridge Rd M13. Get into left hand lane and glide off. There are traffic lights at top of the hill about 150m after gliding off.
Carry on straight across Peter Mokaba Rd (Ridge Road) in left hand lane at these lights. At next set of lights turn left into Stephen Dlamini Rd (Essenwood Road) 2,4kms along Stephen Dlamini Rd, after 7th set of lights is Essenwood House No.630 on right hand side. Press bell, gates open.

FROM NORTH COAST AND KING SHAKA AIRPORT
Drive towards Durban on N2. At Exit 165 take Durban off ramp on left to N3 head for Durban City. Exit 3 on left hand bend sign reads: Berea, Ridge Road.
Cross at traffic lights about 150m after glide off. Cross Ridge Road, carry on down hill parallel to N3 to next set of lights.
Turn left into Stephen Dlamini Road (formerly named Essenwood Road), 2.5kms on right is 630 Essenwood House. Turn in, ring bell, gates open. Drive down to house.

FROM SOUTH COAST
On the N2 glide off towards Durban City on N3. Exit 3 on left hand bend sign reads: Berea, Ridge Road.
Cross at traffic lights about 150m after glide off. Cross Ridge Road, carry on down hill parallel to N3 to next set of lights.
Turn left into Stephen Dlamini Road (formerly named Essenwood Road), 2.5kms on right is 630 Essenwood House. Turn in, ring bell, gates open. Drive down to house.

FROM PIETERMARITZBURG
On the N3 glide off at Exit 3 (as above). From Umhlanga head towards Durban, turn right at first set of lights after passing new soccer stadium onto Sandile Thusi Road (formerly Argyle Road) 2.5kms up hill turn left into Stephen Dlamini Road. 120m on left is No 630. Drive in.
