"Eden on the Bay” is an up market 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium located in a brand new development directly on Blouberg Beach, 20 minutes from downtown Cape Town and splendidly situated for the 2010 World Cup and all the pleasures of the Western Cape.

Eden on the Bay is in walking distance to great restaurants and great shopping. You are minutes from great golf. You are less than 20 minutes to the city center and 30 minutes to the fabulous beaches at Clifton and Camps Bay, to the sports venues and to the wine routes.

This is a prime, ocean facing unit, with full views of Table Mountain, Robben Island and the sea. You have miles of white sand beach 60 seconds from your doorstep with no road to cross.
Watch the kite surfers from the balcony or from the beach at this unofficial kite surfing capital of the world. If you’re young and brave enough try it yourself!

At 105 square meters (1,150 square feet) the condo is a good size. You have two good size bedrooms, with an en suite master with queen bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds.
A comfortable pull-out sofa in the sitting area will sleep 2 more, giving beds for 6 in all. The master bath has separate bathtub and shower, while the second full bath is shower only.

The balance of the condo consists of an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, and dining and sitting area. The large balcony wraps around both sides of this corner unit, giving excellent, unobstructed views of the sea and of Table Mountain and perfect for viewing stunning sunsets over the ocean.
There are two secure parking bays and full laundry facilities. The unit is also air conditioned, not that you’ll need it most of the year.

Eden’s refurbished 158 rooms & suites offer a distinct blend of elegance, simplicity and charm in a tropical setting, with spectacular views of the garden or ocean from the balconies or terraces.
The 113 Eden rooms (standard category) are complete with timber flooring.The 23 spacious Superior rooms, each with its own terrace, offer spectacular views of the gardens.

The 16 spacious Paradise rooms, located on the top floor of the Resort, feature a bedroom completely furnished with a stylish four- poster bed, bathroom, sitting area and balcony.
Enhanced facilities and services including separate check in / check out at the floor’s exclusive lounge, single digit-dial butler service, wet bar, coffee machine and other special touches such as a pillow menu and a choice of room fragrances.

With interiors that complement rather than compete with the beautiful island setting, each of the four (04) Paradise suites have a spacious sitting area with a wet bar, in-room dining facilities, bedroom furnished with stylish four-poster bed, DVD, VCD and CD player, coffee machine.
Spectacular views of the Indian Ocean can be enjoyed from each Suite. The suites’ bathrooms feature twin vanities, indoor shower and bathtub and enhanced amenities.

The two (02) Penthouses offer the finest view in the hotel, each with a large timber sundeck and separate outdoor shower together with a host of magnificent facilities and amenities.
Guest staying in the Paradise rooms and suites can also enjoy an afternoon of relaxation at the spa relaxation garden or the use of the spa’s sauna and pool facilities.

When you stay in a Paradise Room, Paradise suite or one of our luxurious Penthouses, you have the helpful, gracious service of our butlers to assist you through your stay whether it is your jacket that needs pressing, your shoes shined or a snack or dinner served under the stars on your private terrace.

Enjoy a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities; a canter along the beach on a thoroughbred horse, a game of squash, billiards or Snooker, an energizing workout at the gym, a couple of laps in the Pool, and more.

Situated on the Bentota River and Beach is the Confifi Marina which is a mere 5-minutes drive from the Resort and offers an excellent choice of water sports with a dedicated & professionally trained team of multi-lingual instructors and divers, to assist. Transfers from the hotel to the Marina and back are also provided.
