across from Table Bay harbour en-route to the West Coast, Atlantic Sunset
is a bright, spacious, homely townhouse in Grande Bay, a secure complex.
It is privately owned and meticulously cared for. The apartment sleeps
7 people comfortably, has stunning views of Table Mountain and is walking
distance to Big Bay beach and a short drive to a number of long white
sandy beaches.
Lifesavers are on duty from December to end of Easter weekend 10h00 -
18h00.
Blouberg Beach is 5 minutes drive away, it is great for jogging, roller
blading, kite- and windsurfing.
There are 2 shopping centres with access to all essential shopping and
a choice of good restaurants are within walking distance.
Atlantic Sunset Apartment Accommodation
Atlantic Sunset comfortably sleeps 7. It is a bright, spacious townhouse
situated in Grande Bay complex,a fenced and security gated complex in
Big Bay.
Comfortable and tastefully decorated, the apartment is privately owned
and meticulously cared for. Great views of Table Mountain,especially from
the recently added balcony on to the main bedroom.
The apartment is in a fenced complex with security gates at the entrance.
Big Bay Beach, (popular with swimmers, surfers and kite surfers) is a
5 minute walk from the complex.
The apartment consists of:
1st Level
• Lounge with 2 couches, TV, video, DSTV (bring your own card) radio
/ CD player
• Open plan dining area / kitchen, fully equipped with microwave,
washing machine and tumble drier, fridge / deep-freeze, toaster, coffee
maker and crockery/cutlery for 7 people.
• Large balcony with sun umbrella, 2 x loungers with cushions, table
and chairs. View of Table Mountain from balcony
• Portable Q300 gas braai/cooker which can be used in the back garden
or balcony.
• Small grassed, back garden
• Guest toilet
• Extra room with single bed and chest of drawers.
2nd Level :
• Queen bedroom with balcony. En-suite bathroom (shower). Stunning
views of Table Mountain, Robben Island & Atlantic Ocean. There is
a small safe for valuables in the wardrobe.
• 2 bedrooms with twin beds
• Full family bathroom
Bedrooms are carpeted whilst the rest of the apartment is tiled.

The newly proclaimed Blaauwberg conservancy area is close by and the apartment
is well situated for spring flower routes.
Towels (including swimming towels) and linen are provided. Basket with
fruit juice / tea / coffee / milk & sugar is supplied for your arrival
