Apartment 1
EP1 is a penthouse unit and boasts 3 full sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms,
each with bath and separate shower.
Apartment 2
P12 has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Both units are tastefully furnished in a relaxed, casual style and include
all modern conveniences, linen, bath towels and braai facilities on patio,
they comfortably accommodate 4/5 guests each.
The spacious open plan kitchen / lounge areas lends itself to a comfortable
style of living and the sliding doors and windows open the majestic Table
Mountain vista, across Table Bay and the Cape Town harbour. There are
spectacular views of the mountain, Atlantic Ocean and Robben Island.

Bloubergstrand
Bloubergstrand is famous for its view of Table Mountain, kilometres of
firm white beaches, natural rock pools and some of the best wind surfing
and power kiting conditions in the world.
In the spring months, whales can be seen breaching in the bay, while dolphins
play in the breaking surf. Its location is excellent and you have easy
access to all major routes.
