All the units are situated on a 5000 m² property in the heart of Vredekloof, Brackenfell, with easy access to all major routes.
We are situated only 15 minutes from Cape Town, Stellenbosch and Paarl and only five minutes from the new Cape Gate Shopping Centre and the Cape Gate Medi-Clinic.
The smaller Glengarry Shopping Centre is within walking distance from us.

The property is surrounded by open space and the big trees attract a wide variety of bird life.
All units and parking are on a secured plot with 24 hour security patrolling by car, bicycle and on foot by Vredekloof Security Services.
We offer a choice between Plataan House and the Tipiana Unit.
