Situated deep in the Central Drakensberg Valley is the Champagne Valley Resort from where one can enjoy spectacular views of Cathkin Peak, Champagne Castle, Monks Cowl and the Dragon Peaks. The Valley is the home of the renowned Drakensberg Boys’
Choir and the Falcon Ridge Bird of Prey Centre. It also boasts some
of the finest dining venues and numerous coffee shops. |

The luxurious cottages will ensure you a comfortable Drakensberg experience!
The cottages are self-catering and equipped with every modern luxury including:
• A fireplace, heater, fan and microwave.
• Televisition, sound system and a barbeque facility.
And for your added convenience units are serviced daily
• A laundry service is available.
• Wheel chair access throughout.
• A babysitting service can be arranged.
• Hair driers and irons are available on request.
Each cottage has three bedrooms and accommodates eight people comfortably
with:
• A sleeper couch in the lounge.
• Regret that no pets are allowed.
• A double bed in the main en suite.
• Single beds in each of the two bedrooms (en suite)
• There is one four bedroomed cottage that sleeps eight people.
• Places of Worship are nearby and petrol is available in the valley.
• Charcoal and for those wintry days bundles of firewood is available.
The famous Monks Cowl and Drakensberg Sun hiking trails are nearby – visit one of the greatest rock art centres in the world as well as Bushmen painting sites.
Treat yourself to a helicopter ride over the peaks or to one of the many Spas and then spend the day shopping.
• Ten minutes from the resort is the home of the world famous Drakensberg

• Birds of Prey Centre where you can enjoy falconry exhibitions.
